Intermediate Drawing
These are my first attempts at landscape drawing. The first part of the quarter we met at a nearby cemetary every class period. Unfortunately, the week before class started, my right shoulder and arm began giving me severe pain due to a repetitive stress injury. The unbearable pain lasted six weeks. I could not even hold a pencil without being in agony, so I spent the first half of the quarter drawing with my left hand instead. To make it easier, I decided to use a variety Sharpie markers.
After about the fifth week, I was finally able to hold a pencil in my right hand. This was at the same time that we started meeting at a nearby warehouse/junk store. I switched to drawing with pencil which I had difficulty photographing.
